Responsibilities
- Provide bilingual (Spanish-English) support via phone for patient billing and insurance inquiries
- Resolve discrepancies and update account or insurance information
- Generate and send itemized statements or claims
- Set up and manage patient payment plans
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the system
- Maintain an empathetic, professional tone in all communications
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
- Strong communication, listening, and typing skills
- Ability to multitask (listen, speak, and type simultaneously)
- Comfortable navigating Microsoft Windows and computer-based systems
- Prior experience in customer service, call centers, retail, or hospitality a plus
