What You’ll Do
- Provide bilingual (Spanish-English) support via phone
- Assist patients with billing and insurance questions
- Resolve discrepancies and rebill claims as needed
- Set up payment plans and send itemized statements
- Document interactions accurately in the system
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all communications
- Perform additional administrative support as required
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
- Strong communication, listening, and typing skills
- Ability to multitask in a call center environment
- Comfortable with Microsoft Windows and computer systems
- Previous customer service, call center, retail, or hospitality experience a plus
