Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Monday through Friday (weekends off)
- $15/hour starting pay
- 100% paid training (equipment provided)
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer calls in both Spanish and English.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and troubleshooting steps.
- Navigate multiple systems and tools while assisting customers.
- Meet performance metrics while ensuring excellent service.
- Drive satisfaction through phone, chat, and/or email interactions.
What You Need
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent listening, communication, and multitasking skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check
- Comfortable working independently or in a team
- Reliable home internet: 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace (webcam required during training)
