Schedule

What You’ll Do
⦁ Handle inbound and outbound calls for multiple client programs while following protocols and guidelines
⦁ Provide professional, premium customer service in English and Spanish
⦁ Use web based systems to answer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
⦁ Document each customer interaction in a database with clear, accurate notes
⦁ Verify customer information and make updates or corrections as needed
⦁ Actively listen and share additional helpful information when appropriate to improve the customer experience
⦁ Follow up with callers when needed
⦁ Use contact center performance data to improve outcomes and consistency
⦁ Conduct outbound survey calling to gather client specific information
⦁ Maintain shift and schedule adherence

What You Need
⦁ High school diploma or GED (must provide proof of education at time of offer)
⦁ Fluent Spanish skills (reading, writing, and comprehension) and strong English communication
⦁ Prior call center or customer service experience strongly preferred
⦁ Strong verbal and written communication skills
⦁ Ability to multitask across multiple tabs, windows, and systems
⦁ Comfort using computers and internet search tools
⦁ Ability to sit for extended periods
⦁ Ability to pass background investigation, drug screen, and required testing
