What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Verify and update customer information, documenting every interaction accurately
- Follow client protocols and offer helpful next steps to improve each caller’s experience
- Conduct outbound surveys to gather client-specific information
- Use performance data to improve quality and efficiency
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Fluent Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Prior call center or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal/written communication; able to multitask and navigate multiple tabs
- Comfortable sitting for extended periods and working in a structured environment
- Must pass background check, drug screen, pre-employment assessments, and internet speed test
- Home internet: hardwired, non-cellular high-speed service (fiber/DSL/cable). Hotspots, satellite, Wi-Fi, and other wireless connections are not allowed
