Schedule

What You’ll Do
- Schedule appointments for new and returning patients
- Answer high-volume inbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Use proven service and sales techniques to set appointments and support patient needs
- Meet individual and team performance goals
- Handle additional tasks assigned by call center leadership
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- 1+ year of customer service experience (call center preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating call tools
- Hard-wired internet: 100 Mbps down/10 Mbps up (no Wi-Fi)
- Quiet, private workspace that meets HIPAA standards
