What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional bilingual (English/Spanish) customer support for pharmacy and prescription-related inquiries.
- Assist members, pharmacies, and providers with claims, benefits, and medication coverage questions.
- Research and resolve complex issues quickly and accurately.
- Document all interactions clearly in the system and follow established quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service excellence.
- Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and Abarca’s policies.
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Prior experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or customer service preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Comfort using digital tools and multiple data systems simultaneously.
- Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure.
