What You’ll Do
• Support members and providers with prescription and pharmacy benefit questions
• Help pharmacies process claims and troubleshoot issues
• Document calls and resolutions accurately
• Advocate for patients while navigating benefit guidelines
What You Need
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Active national Pharmacy Technician certification
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years experience in a health plan, PBM, or TPA contact center
