What You’ll Do
⦁ Handle 75+ inbound and outbound calls per day to resolve patient billing questions and close account balances
⦁ Collect on patient account balances daily, meet monthly collection goals, and follow up proactively to drive resolution
⦁ Review accounts for billing accuracy, initiate rebills or corrections when needed, and document every interaction clearly in internal and external systems

What You Need
⦁ Fluent English and Spanish communication skills (spoken and written)
⦁ Strong customer service and collections ability, including negotiating and closing while staying empathetic and professional
⦁ Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM, ability to talk and type at the same time, comfort with Windows and Microsoft Office, and working knowledge of billing/collections compliance (including HIPAA)
