Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Training: Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:00pm EST (4 days)
- Production: Mon–Fri, 9:00am–8:00pm EST + Sat 9:00am–5:30pm EST
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound calls to individuals who may qualify for Medicaid
- Follow scripts and compliance guidelines
- Gather eligibility details and educate members on benefits and enrollment steps
- Assist with applications or direct members to resources
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Identify and resolve barriers to enrollment
- Support vulnerable populations with empathy and professionalism
- Meet call, quality, and enrollment goals
- Document opt-outs and DNC requests
What You Need
- 1+ year experience in sales, retention, or scheduling
- Strong objection-handling skills
- Calm, professional communication on the phone
- Ability to problem-solve and stay organized
- Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
