Join Vida Health as a Bilingual Member Services Agent I and help members access the care and resources they need. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for members, guiding them through program enrollment, answering questions, and ensuring they receive the highest level of support—all while communicating in both English and Spanish.

What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to introduce members to Vida programs and support enrollment.
- Handle inbound calls to assess member needs, assist with app navigation, and answer general questions.
- Deliver empathetic, professional service while educating members on available healthcare solutions.
- Document all member interactions in the service system, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
- Resolve member concerns directly or escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
- Support team initiatives, including training updates, peer sessions, scripting improvements, and quality monitoring.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement through collaboration and feedback.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators for inbound and outbound service quality.
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service or call center roles, ideally in healthcare.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Strong problem-solving, active listening, and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM and ticketing systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $23/hr
