Schedule
- Full-time, non-exempt hourly
- Remote within the United States
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound outreach to introduce members to Vida’s free program and explain enrollment benefits
- Handle inbound calls to answer questions, assist with app navigation, and support program enrollment based on health goals
- Deliver exceptional service with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy while maintaining HIPAA compliance
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
- 2–3 years in customer service or call center roles, ideally healthcare related
- Fluent in verbal/written English and Spanish
- Strong problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
- Comfort with CRM and ticketing systems in a fast-paced environment
