Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- Fully remote role
Pay
- $15 – $18 per hour
Responsibilities
- Recover medical debt while maintaining professionalism, integrity, and customer service standards.
- Ensure quality and compliance with all company, local, state, and federal regulations.
- Work assigned account inventory to maximize recovery of delinquent accounts.
- Make and receive continuous calls through an auto dialer during an 8-hour shift.
- Document all collection activity and maintain organized account records.
- Respond promptly to verbal and written communication from patients, providers, and relevant parties.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients.
- Strong documentation skills; must type at least 30 WPM.
- Ability to respond quickly and accurately to inquiries.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to work 8 hours per day, Monday–Friday.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
