Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Start Date: 12/01/25
- Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM CST
- One Saturday or Sunday every 4th week
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound B2C calls (no cold calling)
- Communicate fluently in Spanish and English
- Guide customers through interlock setup and pricing
- Collect initial lease payments and upsell relevant products
- Listen, problem-solve, and provide accurate support
- Maintain follow-up and document interactions
What You Need
- Bilingual Spanish/English (required)
- 1+ year inbound sales or commission-based retail experience
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to type 30 WPM and use Microsoft Office
- Goal-driven, coachable, and self-motivated
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must reside in the United States
