Schedule
• Remote (must reside in the United States)
• Full-time, 40 hours guaranteed weekly
• Start date: February 2, 2026
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM Central Time
• One Saturday or Sunday every 4th week
What You’ll Do
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective B2C customers (no cold calling) in English and Spanish
• Listen, address concerns, explain pricing, and collect the initial lease payment
• Upsell add-on products that fit each customer’s situation
• Follow up quickly and consistently to close sales and support customers through next steps
• Use Microsoft Office and internal systems to document activity and stay organized
What You Need
• Bilingual Spanish/English (required)
• 1+ year of inbound sales experience or commission-based retail sales experience
• Goal-driven, commission-motivated mindset and strong listening skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and comfort thinking on your feet
• Detail-oriented follow-through
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Typing speed of 30+ WPM
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Remote work experience preferred (not required)
