Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Monday–Friday, 1:00pm–9:30pm CST (shift equivalents apply for other U.S. time zones)
- One weekend shift every 4 weeks
What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound and outbound B2C calls (no cold calling) with prospective customers
- Listen to customer needs, address concerns, and communicate pricing
- Process initial lease payments and upsell additional products to meet customer needs
- Provide timely follow-up and ensure excellent customer experience
- Use Microsoft Office tools and maintain accurate records
What You Need
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least 1 year of inbound sales or commission-based retail experience
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM
- Must reside in the United States
