What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with healthcare-related questions, concerns, and product or service issues
- Document call details for auditing and reporting
- Update and maintain customer account information
- Deliver courteous, accurate support in both English and Spanish
- Recommend upgraded or additional services when appropriate
- Use phone and computer systems throughout your shift
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Verified bilingual Spanish–English proficiency
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer navigation skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and comprehension skills
- Wired broadband internet (minimum 10 Mbps down, 3 Mbps up; no wireless, satellite, or dial-up)
- Must work from the residence listed in company records
