What You’ll Do
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media in both English and Spanish
- Address healthcare-related inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Process service requests, payments, and account updates
- Calmly resolve and de-escalate customer concerns
- Document all interactions accurately for reporting and quality assurance
- Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- At least 6 months of customer service experience (healthcare preferred)
- Strong computer skills and ability to type 30+ WPM
- Reliable high-speed internet: 30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
- Quiet, private workspace free from distractions
- Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
