What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to patients to schedule preventive health screenings and follow-up appointments
- Assist members with benefits, insurance questions, and welcome calls
- Conduct surveys and document responses accurately
- Support care coordination by identifying high-risk needs and escalating when required
- Provide compassionate, professional service that enhances patient healthcare journeys
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong customer service skills with compassion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and data entry
- Ability to work independently and follow daily schedules
- Two monitors (22”+ with HDMI/Display ports) required
