Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Flexible to work any shift in a 24/7 department (including weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as needed)
- Paid training for 8–12 weeks (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST, no PTO during training)
- Remote work anywhere in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding billing, eligibility, and benefits
- Provide clear, empathetic support in both English and Spanish
- Solve customer issues systematically and accurately using sound business judgment
- Educate new members on billing, invoicing setup, and payment procedures
- Process member terminations and eligibility updates
- Partner with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Demonstrate professionalism and strong communication skills, even in high-stress situations
- Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience)
- 18 years of age or older
- 4+ years of customer service experience resolving customer problems
- 2+ years of proficiency with Windows PC applications (ability to learn complex systems)
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- Flexibility to work any shift in a 24/7 environment, including weekends/holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years in a call center environment
- Experience with ISET system

- Reliable high-speed internet connection approved by UnitedHealth Group
