What You’ll Do

Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails related to billing, eligibility, benefits, claims, appeals, and grievances

Serve as a primary point of contact for member and provider questions, including international providers

Make outbound calls as needed to complete follow-ups and resolve open requests

Assess customer needs quickly and accurately, then resolve issues using sound judgment

Partner with internal billing and eligibility teams to solve complex inquiries

Track and monitor delegated issues to ensure timely, accurate resolution

Educate new customers on billing setup, invoicing, and payment procedures

Support special projects as assigned

What You Need

High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience

Must be 18+ years old

1+ year of customer service experience solving customer problems

1+ year experience using Windows and learning new computer systems

Bilingual fluency in English and Japanese

Willingness to work any shift in a 24/7 operation, including weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years customer service experience in a call center environment

Healthcare industry experience

Hourly pay range: $17.74 to $31.63 (based on factors like location, experience, and education)

Telecommuting Requirements

Dedicated, private work area separate from other living spaces

Wired high-speed internet required (cable, DSL, or fiber)

No satellite, hotspot, or wireless internet solutions

This one can close fast because it’s remote and bilingual. If you meet the language requirement and can handle a fixed shift after training, don’t wait for “later.”
