• Shift options (Central Time): 11:00 AM–7:30 PM or 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
• One Saturday or Sunday every 4th week
What You’ll Do
• Handle leads and communicate with prospects in both English and Spanish
• Close sales, schedule installations, and follow up quickly on active prospect lists
• Build value, uncover needs, and overcome objections while meeting quality expectations
• Partner with sales leadership to improve performance and sharpen your process
• Work the full sales cycle from lead engagement through close (no cold calling)
What You Need
• Bilingual Spanish/English (required) with strong written and verbal communication
• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred)
• 0–3+ years of sales experience
• Goal-oriented, commission-driven mindset and comfort in a fast-paced environment
• Typing speed of 30+ WPM
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Remote work experience preferred (not required)
