Schedule
- Full-time, remote position within the 48 contiguous U.S. states
- Call center hours: Mon–Fri 7:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. CST | Sat–Sun 7:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. CST
- Requires weekend availability
- Four-week paid training provided
What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone interactions, responding promptly to client inquiries and anticipating their needs.
- Provide clear education and guidance about Beyond Finance’s financial hardship programs.
- Listen actively to understand challenges and offer effective solutions.
- Document interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure quality service and compliance.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy, even during difficult calls, while representing Beyond Finance’s mission and values.
What You Need
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and distraction-free home workspace
- Technical proficiency with CRM systems
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
- Empathy, patience, and professionalism under pressure
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
