- Call center operates 7 days/week
- Shifts available: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–10:00pm CST; Saturday–Sunday, 7:00am–9:00pm CST
What You’ll Do
- Deliver best-in-class phone-based customer service by addressing client requests and anticipating needs
- Analyze client problems and provide solutions using active listening and CRM tools
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and care
- Document all interactions thoroughly in the CRM for accurate tracking
- Collaborate across departments to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Educate clients on the benefits and processes of Beyond’s financial programs
What You Need
- 1 year of call center experience (required)
- Bilingual in Spanish (required)
- High-speed, hardwired internet connection (required)
- Experience with CRM platforms and remote work technology
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues quickly
- Distraction-free home office environment
