Schedule
- Remote role
- Call center open 7 days/week
- Monday–Friday: 7:00am–10:00pm CST
- Saturday–Sunday: 7:00am–9:00pm CST
- 4-week training program required
What You’ll Do
- Provide best-in-class customer service over the phone by responding to requests, anticipating needs, and educating clients on programs
- Analyze client problems through effective listening and deliver timely solutions
- Handle difficult calls professionally and courteously using strong interpersonal skills
- Document outcomes accurately for tracking and analysis
- Resolve client requests efficiently both independently and with the team
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure client questions are handled appropriately and on time
- Use CRM tools to document account activities, updates, and changes
- Use resource materials to interpret and resolve client inquiries accurately
- Manage a high volume of client contacts in a work-from-home call center environment
What You Need
- 1 year call center experience (required)
- Bilingual Spanish (required)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (required)
- CRM proficiency and strong technical aptitude
- Strong customer service orientation and professional communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and task organization skills
- Ability to empathize with client issues and stay calm under pressure
- Ability to work from home in a distraction-free environment
