What You’ll Do
- Provide basic technical support via phone in Spanish and English
- Deliver an exceptional support experience on every interaction
- Communicate effectively with a wide variety of customers
- Create a memorable and delightful customer experience
What You Need
- Fluent in Spanish and English (most calls are in English)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be 18+ years old
