Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- West Coast hours required

What You’ll Do
- Support customers via phone, webform, and chat in English and Spanish
- Communicate clearly and empathetically, with patience and attention to detail
- Anticipate needs and offer solutions tailored to each customer request
- Identify issues quickly and resolve them using Customer Care platforms
- Meet performance expectations (CSAT, quality scores, resolution time)
- Capture accurate customer data and document interactions consistently
- Adapt to changing workflows and shifting priorities
- Share ideas to improve processes and the overall customer experience
- Participate in team meetings and training, staying aligned to business goals
- Stay focused during peak volume while managing multiple tasks at once
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Spanish, Communication Studies, Humanities, or equivalent experience
- Verbal fluency in English and Spanish, plus excellent grammar in both
- 0–1 year customer service experience (healthcare/wellness/mission-driven experience is a plus)
- Comfortable learning and using tech platforms quickly (Salesforce is a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Empathetic, detail-oriented, organized, with good judgment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Willingness to give and receive feedback respectfully
- Ability to lift up to 12 pounds and sit at a computer for extended periods
