What You’ll Do
- Support customers via phone, webform, and chat with clear, accurate, empathetic communication in English and Spanish
- Listen actively, show patience, and tailor solutions based on customer needs
- Quickly identify issues, determine best resolution path, and follow communication policies and guidelines
- Meet performance expectations (CSAT, quality, resolution time)
- Use customer care platforms to assist customers and document relevant information (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Adapt to changing workflows and shifting priorities
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and the customer experience
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and stay focused during high-volume periods
- Minimize mistakes through strong attention to detail
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (English, Spanish, Communication Studies, Humanities) or equivalent experience
- Verbally fluent in English and Spanish, with strong grammar in both
- 0–1 year customer service experience (healthcare, wellness, or mission-driven orgs preferred)
- Comfortable learning new tech quickly; Salesforce is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Empathetic, detail-oriented, organized, and able to use sound judgment
- Able to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
- Quiet, private home workspace with reliable high-speed wired internet (25+ Mbps)
