What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to patients from an assigned pool
- Educate patients on program benefits and answer questions clearly
- Build rapport quickly and tailor messaging based on patient needs and demographics
- Overcome hesitation and guide patients toward enrollment
- Document conversations and complete accurate data entry
- Hit daily activity and performance metrics while maintaining quality
What You Need
- Strong people skills and a patient-first mindset
- Comfort on the phone for most of the day (80%+ talk time)
- Experience meeting goals in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment
- Clear, warm, professional phone presence
- Strong multitasking and accurate data entry skills
- Comfort with multiple systems (Outlook, Excel, Word, Skype)
- Associate degree or higher
