Schedule
- Full time, remote (US based)
- Weekend focused schedule with set days (posting lists Wednesday–Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off)
- Work PST hours
- Training may run Monday–Friday for the first 30 days, then transition into the weekend schedule
What You’ll Do
⦁ Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll eligible members virtually (phone, text, email) and sometimes in person at partner locations
⦁ Educate partners and members on Enhanced Care Management and guide hesitant or distrustful individuals through enrollment
⦁ Manage the full enrollment funnel end to end, track blockers, communicate updates, and hit key enrollment metrics
What You Need
⦁ Bilingual English and Spanish with strong reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in both
⦁ 1+ year experience in a metric or quota driven environment with a track record of hitting or exceeding goals
⦁ US based, with a quiet HIPAA compliant workspace, reliable internet, strong tech comfort, and a valid driver’s license plus auto liability insurance
