About Pair Team
Pair Team is a tech-enabled medical group improving how Medicaid and Medicare serve underserved communities through whole-person care (clinical, behavioral, and social). They partner with community organizations and use AI and automation to reduce admin work and improve access, coordination, and outcomes for high-need patients.
Schedule
• Full-time, Remote (United States)
• Set schedule: Wednesday through Sunday (days off Monday and Tuesday)
• Must work Pacific Time hours
• Training for first 30 days: Monday through Friday, then transition to the weekend schedule
• Some in-person work at clinics, community organizations, and health system partner locations
• Mileage and gas reimbursement for on-site days
• Equipment provided plus a monthly work-from-home stipend
What You’ll Do
• Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll eligible individuals via phone, text, and email, plus in-person at partner locations
• Meet members where they are, using a patient, persistent approach (enrollment may take multiple outreaches)
• Educate partners on Pair Team services and help link eligible members to Enhanced Care Management
• Explain ECM benefits in a way that builds trust with people who may be hesitant or distrustful of the system
• Use strong customer service and community knowledge to enroll high-need members successfully
• Coordinate communication across internal teams and external partners to keep enrollment moving
• Hit key enrollment metrics tied to mission impact
• Manage the enrollment funnel end-to-end, track blockers, and provide consistent updates
• Use multiple technology tools to document and manage outreach and enrollment activity
What You Need
• Must be physically located in the United States
• Quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace with reliable internet
• 1+ year experience in a metric-driven or quota-driven environment
• Bilingual English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking, listening)
• Strong technical comfort working across multiple platforms and tools
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance
• Results-driven mindset and commitment to improving your community
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong listening skills and the ability to “read” people in real time
• Experience with high-volume outreach and engagement campaigns
• Reliability and comfort working in a changing environment focused on underserved communities
