About Pair Team
Pair Team is a mission-driven, tech-enabled medical group that partners with clinics and community organizations to deliver whole-person care for underserved populations. They support people living with serious mental illness, substance use disorder, homelessness, and complex medical needs by blending clinical, behavioral, and social care. Their model has already reduced ER visits and hospital admissions and continues to grow across the safety net.
Schedule
- Full time, remote role (must reside in the United States)
- Set schedule: Wednesday – Sunday (Mondays and Tuesdays off)
- Must be able to work PST (West Coast) hours
- First 30 days: training Monday – Friday, then move to regular weekend schedule
- Work from a quiet, HIPAA-compliant home workspace
What You’ll Do
- Reach out to eligible members by phone, text, email, and in some cases in person at partner clinics or community locations
- Explain Enhanced Care Management services in clear, empathetic language, building trust with people who may be wary of the healthcare system
- Meet people where they are and stay persistent, knowing enrollment may take multiple outreach attempts
- Enroll individuals living with serious mental illness, substance use disorder, homelessness, or high medical needs into Pair Team’s programs
- Educate clinic and community partners on Pair Team’s services and how to connect eligible members
- Manage the full enrollment funnel from first contact through successful sign-up, tracking delays and blockers
- Hit and exceed outreach and enrollment metrics in a quota-driven environment
- Keep accurate, timely documentation in all internal tools and systems
- Communicate regularly with internal care teams, clinics, community-based organizations, and health system partners
What You Need
- You live in the United States and can work PST hours
- 1+ year working in a metric- or quota-driven role (outreach, sales, call center, enrollment, etc.)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking, listening)
- Strong communication skills and genuine comfort talking to people from diverse backgrounds
- Tech savvy and comfortable using multiple software platforms and communication tools
- A patient-first, community-minded approach with the ability to build trust quickly
- Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment
- A valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance (for any in-person engagement as needed)
- Quiet, internet-connected home workspace that meets HIPAA privacy requirements
