What You’ll Do
⦁ Increase collections on outstanding payments as an individual contributor in the personal finance collections process.
⦁ Identify overdue accounts, communicate with clients via inbound and outbound calls, and offer solutions to bring loans to current status.
⦁ Maintain accurate records and performance metrics while following GoodLeap collections policies and procedures for compliance.
What You Need
⦁ 1–2 years of direct credit and collections experience with strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
⦁ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, goal-oriented approach.
⦁ Bilingual English/Spanish required plus proficiency with Microsoft Office; telemarketing experience with financial products preferred.
