What You’ll Do
• Deliver world-class customer support and help resolve questions or concerns
• Partner strategically with installers to improve the customer experience using data insights
• Manage a pipeline of projects through to completion
• Investigate potentially fraudulent or suspicious activity in collaboration with others
• Analyze data, identify trends, and recommend improvements
• Conduct monthly partner due diligence checks
• Support installer audits and pipeline management to ensure expectations and standards are met
What You Need
• Bilingual Spanish (required)
• Strong multitasking and independent work skills
• Able to work effectively with high-profile partners
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong project ownership: manage work start-to-finish
• Diligent record keeping and high attention to detail
• Strong customer service instincts and professionalism
