Schedule
- Full-time, 100% Remote
- $16/hour + weekly bonus opportunities
- Work Hours: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM EST or 12:30 PM–9:00 PM EST
- Applicant must be fluent in both English and Spanish
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with debt program questions
- Provide accurate, detailed information about products and services
- Address and resolve client concerns with patience and empathy
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt client assistance
- Consistently meet or exceed performance and service standards
What You Need
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate typing and math skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
- Prior customer service or collections experience preferred
- Knowledge of FDCPA guidelines a plus
- Excellent time management and reliability
