Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Must reside within the 48 contiguous U.S. states
- Weekend availability required
What You’ll Do
- Support and retain clients enrolled in Beyond Finance’s debt relief program through inbound calls.
- Deescalate concerns, show empathy, and educate clients on program benefits.
- Use CRM systems to manage client information, track progress, and ensure compliance.
- Assess financial situations and offer solutions that align with client goals.
- Achieve retention targets while delivering best-in-class service.
What You Need
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Experience in retention, sales, or collections
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle high call volumes
- Proficiency with CRM systems and multitasking in fast-paced environments
