Schedule
- Remote position across the 48 contiguous United States
- Must be available to work weekends
- Full-time role with retention-based commission opportunities
Responsibilities
- Educate clients on Beyond Finance’s financial hardship debt program, clearly explaining benefits, processes, and options.
- Use empathy and active listening to deescalate upset clients, addressing concerns with patience and care.
- Navigate the CRM system to review client financial information and track progress accurately.
- Assess client financial situations and recommend appropriate solutions to help them stay on the path to becoming debt-free.
- Retain clients at risk of leaving by customizing solutions that meet their financial goals.
- Meet or exceed retention targets while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Deliver best-in-class customer service through inbound calls and various communication tools.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Experience in Retention, Sales, or Collections (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Ability to manage high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation and de-escalation skills
- Tech savvy with CRM system proficiency
- Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- Resilience under pressure and adaptability in a changing environment
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
Compensation
- Base pay: $19 – $21/hour
- Commission: Earn monthly based on client retention performance
