Full-time
Pay: $18/hour + bonus (paid weekly)
Spanish required
Shift options (EST): 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM, 12:30 PM–9:00 PM
Internet requirement: High-speed internet (50 Mbps) + Wi-Fi access

What You’ll Do
• Take inbound calls from customers and complete daily follow-up touchpoint tasks
• Serve as the main point of contact for newly enrolled clients during their first months
• Control conversations, answer objections, and explain services clearly and accurately
• Navigate multiple systems to locate customer data and resolve issues efficiently
• Think fast, stay calm, and overcome objections without losing professionalism
• Meet performance targets while maintaining a high level of customer service
• Collaborate with teammates and build productive working relationships

What You Need
• 1–2 years of retention experience (high-volume call center experience is a strong plus)
• Fluent Spanish speaking ability (required)
• Strong listening skills and an empathetic communication style
• Intermediate typing and math skills to meet production needs
• Clear verbal and written communication skills and comfort following procedures
• Reliable high-speed internet (50 Mbps) and Wi-Fi access
