What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for patients, offering guidance and support in both English and Spanish.
- Manage patient communications related to appointments, treatments, and services with empathy and professionalism.
- Document all interactions and care details accurately in healthcare systems.
- Coordinate between patients, insurance providers, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Support providers by offering translation during consultations when needed.
- Monitor patient progress, address concerns, and help build trust throughout the care process.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to personalize and refine care plans.
What You Need
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (required).
- Prior experience in healthcare, patient coordination, or administrative support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
