What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for patients in both English and Spanish
- Provide empathetic support for questions about appointments, treatments, and services
- Accurately document patient information in healthcare systems
- Act as a liaison between patients, insurance providers, and medical teams
- Collaborate with providers to develop personalized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and offer ongoing support
- Provide translation during initial consultations when needed
What You Need
- Experience in a healthcare setting (care coordination, patient support, or administration preferred)
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with healthcare management software or similar systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Empathy, positivity, and a genuine desire to help others
