What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients—answering questions, offering guidance, and ensuring smooth coordination of care in both English and Spanish.
- Collaborate with medical teams, insurance providers, and patients to build and manage personalized care plans.
- Document all patient communications accurately within the healthcare management system.
- Provide translation and support during virtual consultations as needed.
- Monitor patient progress and proactively address any concerns or barriers to care.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction, helping patients feel heard and supported.
What You’ll Need
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in healthcare, patient support, or administrative coordination.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and comfort using healthcare or CRM software.
