What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients in English and Spanish
- Answer patient questions about appointments, services, and treatment options with empathy and professionalism
- Document patient information and communications accurately in the healthcare system
- Act as a liaison between patients, insurance providers, and medical teams to support seamless care delivery
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to help develop personalized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and provide ongoing support, addressing concerns and obstacles
- Provide translation support between patient and provider during initial consultations as needed
What You Need
- Prior experience in healthcare (care coordination, patient support, or admin preferred)
- Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
- Strong verbal and written communication, including explaining complex info clearly
- Strong organization and attention to detail (you’ll be juggling priorities)
- Comfort using healthcare management software or similar systems
- Ability to work independently and with a multidisciplinary team
- Empathy, professionalism, and a real patient-first mindset
