As a Bilingual Care Ambassador, you are the human voice that makes those programs real for patients.
Schedule
- Remote 1099 contractor role
- Must live in CO, NM, TX, AZ, UT, or NV
- Work must be completed Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm Eastern Time
- Minimum 20 to 25 hours per week
What You’ll Do
- Call Medicare patients using CircleLink’s enrollment software, averaging around 15 outbound calls per hour
- Clearly explain the monthly check in program, eligibility, and benefits in both English and Spanish
- Answer questions with empathy and accuracy so patients understand what they are signing up for
- Motivate and encourage patients to enroll, handling objections and concerns professionally
- Accurately document every call and interaction in the system with 100 percent completeness
- Track recurring questions or issues and share feedback with management to improve outreach
- Stay current on program details, messaging, and best practices for patient engagement
What You Need
- At least 2 years of outbound phone sales experience
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Proven experience with high volume cold calling and closing over the phone
- Comfortable working independently and hitting performance metrics without close supervision
- Tech savvy and willing to learn new software quickly
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
- Excellent organization, time management, and follow through
- Patient first mindset with the ability to build trust in a short call
- Detail oriented with a commitment to 100 percent accurate documentation
- Experience in outbound sales, Medicare, healthcare enrollment, or patient outreach is highly preferred
