- 100% remote, work from home within the United States
- Full time, direct hire position
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- Heavy phone based role in a remote call center environment
What You’ll Do
- Answer a high volume of inbound patient calls in a remote call center setting.
- Speak with patients in both English and Spanish, answering questions and addressing billing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Determine resolutions to customer issues while following client rules, expectations, and HIPAA regulations.
- Forward calls to alternate billing departments when appropriate.
- Follow through on all requests, which may include calling other parties, emailing, or faxing information.
- Represent Digitech as a brand ambassador for clients and the patients they serve.
What You Need
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Strong computer skills with basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
- Some insurance billing knowledge preferred; full training is provided.
- Quick learner who is willing to ask questions and seek clarity.
- Able to handle heavy call volume, pressure, and tight deadlines while staying calm and composed.
- Strong phone presence with the ability to identify issues, ask the right questions, and determine solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, courteous tone.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
- Punctual, dependable, and comfortable working in a metric driven environment.
