What You’ll Do
- Research, draft, and prepare grant proposals, bids, and RFP responses
- Edit, format, and submit polished documents aligned to requirements and brand tone
- Collaborate with executives and subject matter experts to gather inputs and build compelling narratives
- Maintain a library of proposal templates, case studies, and reference materials
- Write internal and external communications (reports, presentations, newsletters, briefings)
- Support project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication across multiple workstreams
- Track progress, collect updates, and keep deadlines visible and moving
- Support leadership with email and calendar coordination, meeting organization, and follow-ups
- Prepare executive summaries and presentation materials
- Manage travel arrangements and expense tracking as needed
- Assist with social media planning, scheduling, approvals, and basic performance tracking
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, English, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in proposal/bid writing, project management, or executive support
- Proven ability to produce and refine grants, proposals, RFPs, or business documents
- Strong business writing skills with the ability to adapt voice by audience and purpose
- High attention to detail, strong organization, and deadline discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with remote tools (Teams, Asana or similar) and CRMs
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, or native schedulers)
- Bonus: experience working in international or multicultural environments
- Professional discretion and comfort handling sensitive information
