What You’ll Do
⦁ Research, draft, and prepare proposals, bids, grants, and RFP responses end-to-end
⦁ Edit, format, and polish submissions to meet requirements, brand tone, and quality standards
⦁ Collaborate with executives and subject matter experts to gather inputs and shape compelling narratives
⦁ Maintain a repository of templates, case studies, and reference materials to speed up future submissions
⦁ Create written content for internal and external communications (reports, presentations, newsletters)
⦁ Support basic social media planning by drafting, scheduling, and publishing approved content
⦁ Track social engagement and recommend improvements for consistency and reach
⦁ Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and updates across multiple workstreams
⦁ Support executive operations including calendar coordination, email support, meeting organization, and briefing materials
⦁ Handle travel coordination, expense tracking, task follow-ups, and cross-team communication as needed
What You Need
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, English, or a related field
⦁ 3–5 years of experience in bids/proposal writing, project management, and/or executive support
⦁ Demonstrated experience preparing and editing proposals, grants, or business documents
⦁ Strong written English with the ability to shift tone by audience and purpose
⦁ Strong organization and project management skills with comfort juggling multiple stakeholders and deadlines
⦁ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
⦁ Familiarity with CRMs and project/collaboration tools (Teams, Asana, or similar)
⦁ Comfort with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, or native schedulers)
⦁ Discretion and professionalism handling sensitive information
⦁ Comfort working in remote, international settings (a plus)
⦁ Reliable tech setup:
- Primary internet 15 Mbps minimum, plus backup internet 10 Mbps minimum (power-outage capable)
- Primary laptop/desktop meeting minimum specs (modern i5/i3 or Ryzen 5 equivalent, 8GB RAM)
- Backup device meeting i3-level performance and usable during power interruptions
