Do you have excellent customer service skills, know your way around a computer, and want to work from home? Randstad has a great opportunity for you, in a work from home position with paid training (4-6 weeks) and a pay rate of $15/hr (16.50 in Texas).
The Benefits Client Specialist is an integral role within the Wealth Client Delivery Team. The main responsibility for this role is owning the retirement process for our client’s employees. In addition, this role provides invaluable support to the families of deceased current and former employees. Term: 11 months temp to hire
Requirements:
- Pass a speed test, min. 20/mbs and ~50/mbs preferred
- Pass 3 assessments
- Have your own Windows 10 computer
Ineligible States:
- IL, CA, WA, NY, OR , Wash D.C.

Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent etiquette and communication skills

- Keep up with communication between team members
- Handle inbound/outbound phone calls throughout the day.
- Meet high speed internet requirements and be able to hard wire to your router
