The Health & Wealth team is on a mission to continually enhance our employee experience. Our global Health & Wealth team consists of compensation, health benefits, retirement programs, wellness programs, and a number of other important components of the employee total rewards offering and experience.
A day in the life:
- Supports with managing high volume of day-to-day operations of lululemon’s benefits administration in North America, such as medical, dental, and vision plans, spending accounts, life insurance, COBRA etc.
- Support USA and Canada benefits enquiries by providing thoughtful and informed responses to employees and HR partners.
- Supports the US Program Manager with the annual open enrollment process for employees, including system testing, preparation of presentation and communications
- Partners with the Program Managers in the US and Canada to drive and/or participate in projects as necessary to support program evolution
- Completes audits and testing to ensure our plans are operating in compliance Partners with vendors and internal communications team to create communication strategies to drive awareness and participation for these programs; Maintain up to date communication, policies & training materials
- Partners with internal HR Managers and advisors on escalated issues that impact employees
- Create & analyze utilization and participation data to provide insightful analysis and ongoing reporting
- Continually review and ensure processes are efficient and influences to deliver change
- Supports with implementation of new program offerings.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, including knowledge of US health insurance
- Strong communication skills both written & verbal, including the proven ability to effectively communicate with business partners and teams
- Proficient in HRIS (Workday experience an asset), Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data, communicating data findings, and able to drive sound decision-making,
- Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize workflow & effectively manage multiple demands from a variety of sources independently with excellent attention to detail
- Strong focus on customer service and the ability to deal with complex and sensitive employee situations
