Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time, fully remote (U.S.-based)
- Base salary: $65,000 – $85,000, depending on experience, education, and location
Responsibilities
Benefits Setup & Configuration
- Implement and configure client benefit plans in the UKG Ready HCM platform
- Establish rules, eligibility criteria, and documentation for benefits plans
- Manage annual open enrollment setup, testing, and rollout
ACA Compliance & Filing
- Coordinate ACA module setup with third-party vendors
- Oversee data validation, 1094/1095 form generation, and filing processes
- Lead year-end ACA webinars and provide client support
Client Communication & Training
- Act as primary point of contact for benefits implementation
- Provide training, documentation, and proactive client communication
- Resolve client issues with professionalism and accuracy
Collaboration & Project Support
- Partner with Project Managers and HRIS Consultants to meet milestones
- Document client requirements, update trackers, and share knowledge
Process & Quality Improvement
- Recommend and implement improvements to internal processes
- Ensure compliance and high-quality project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3–5 years of experience in benefits administration or HCM benefits implementation (UKG Ready preferred)
- Strong knowledge of ACA regulations and compliance processes
- Experience configuring benefit plans and open enrollment during implementations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar HR/benefits certification
- Experience with project management tools (Setuply, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira)
- SaaS/cloud-based software environment background
