If you’ve worked high-volume calls and you’re comfortable talking benefits without sounding like a robot, this role is a steady Monday–Friday lane. You’ll help employees understand healthcare, retirement, and other benefit options while handling a consistent call queue and some back-office work.

- Full-time, remote
- Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm EST
- Some overtime may be required
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls from employees about benefits (healthcare, retirement, and other options)
- Explain benefit choices clearly and professionally while keeping the experience positive
- Navigate multiple systems while managing steady call volume
- Document calls and update information accurately
- Support back-office tasks as needed (claims processing and general administrative work)
What You Need
- Previous call center experience handling high-volume calls
- Experience with employer benefits (pension plans, 401(k), retirement programs)
- Strong keyboarding and Microsoft Office skills
- Basic computer knowledge (command prompts, shortcuts, troubleshooting)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18+
- Ability to pass background check and drug test (includes education/employment verification)
Remote Requirements
- Internet speed test: 25+ Mbps download, 5+ Mbps upload, ping 175 ms or less
- Must connect via ethernet cable to modem/router
- Hiring limitations due to wage laws (some states/areas excluded)
